All prescription-only medications (POMs) are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our pharmacist following review of your consultation. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your medical questionnaire. Providing false information may result in termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within the terms specified on the prescription. We do not accept liability for outcomes resulting from misuse or deviation from prescribed guidance.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via our payment provider.
Prices displayed on our website include any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, orders confirmed before any price change will be honoured at the original price.
If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made to UK addresses only.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal disruptions. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once dispatch has been confirmed.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging appropriate for pharmaceutical products.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, contact us promptly via the details provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund under UK pharmacy regulations, as prescription medications cannot be resold or reused once dispensed.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
